Fire Alarms
Commercial fire alarm design, installation, and integration.
Commercial fire alarm systems protect lives first and property second — and they're required by code for most occupied commercial buildings. Haas designs, installs, and integrates fire alarm systems that meet NFPA 72 and your local AHJ requirements. We work with new construction, renovations, and full system replacements.

Service 02 / 07
Fire Alarm Testing per NFPA 72
Annual inspection and testing required by code, handled for you.
NFPA 72 requires annual (and in some cases quarterly or semi-annual) inspection and testing of every commercial fire alarm system. Miss it, and you're out of compliance — and your insurer knows. We schedule it, perform the testing, document every device, and submit to your Authority Having Jurisdiction. You don't think about it until we call you next year.
What's included
- Annual functional testing of every initiating device and notification appliance
- Sensitivity testing of smoke detectors (as required)
- Battery load testing, panel programming verification
- Written report with device inventory and pass/fail per point
- AHJ submission and documentation retention

Security Alarms
Commercial intrusion detection — monitored or local.
Commercial buildings have different security needs than homes. We design and install intrusion detection systems for offices, warehouses, industrial facilities, and multi-tenant commercial buildings — with 24/7 central station monitoring or local alarm response depending on what fits.

Commercial CCTV & Security Cameras
IP camera systems with remote viewing and scalable storage.
Modern commercial camera systems are IP-based, software-driven, and remotely accessible. We install camera systems sized to the facility — interior and exterior coverage, day/night imaging, storage sized to retention policy, and mobile-app access for managers and owners.

Access Control
Card readers, keypads, and badge-based building entry with audit trails.
Metal keys get lost, copied, and handed out. Access control replaces them with card readers, key fobs, mobile credentials, or keypads — plus an audit trail of who entered which door when. Works for single-door installations or multi-building campuses.

Ethernet Cabling
Structured Cat5e/6/6a cabling, clean installations, certified.
Every low-voltage system — IP cameras, VoIP phones, WiFi access points, access readers — runs on structured cabling. We install Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a runs with certified terminations, labeled patch panels, and as-built documentation. Get it right once, don't think about it again.

Service 07 / 07
Fiber Optic Cabling
Multimode and singlemode fiber backbones, fusion-spliced and tested.
When copper isn't enough — long runs between buildings, high-bandwidth uplinks, or electrical-noise environments — fiber is the answer. We install multimode and singlemode fiber, fusion-splice terminations, and OTDR-test every run.
